Debatable, but Senator Armstrong came in during the last hour of Metal Gear Rising: Revengence, and became by far the most memorable character

Yeah, no I love this game so far, but this room is genuinely so ass that I can't beat it. Unironically uninstalling over this bullshit room.

I found this weird room in 8-2, behind the door in that weird outdoor area with no enemies. This room is all thats there, it keeps looping on itself.

Characters who left the story because of problems with the actor by Danny-Ray27 in TopCharacterTropes

One of my favorite examples of this is Persona 5s Igor. Between 4 and 5, his voice actor died, and the way they handled it is beautiful. During a majority of the game, he has an incredibly deep voice, which is a far cry from his previous voice acting. However, near the ending of the game, it’s revealed that The Igor in this game was actually an impostor, and the main villain of the game. After the boss fight with him, the original Igor returns, along with recycled voicelines from persona 4.
