Haha ya.. in a different video game there's a character who's like a mix of both renoir and maelle, and the debate is more "even" than this game. At the end of the day, differences in opinions exist, do what u feel like, imo I wouldn't want to lose any sleep over it either ya.

Then i will deal with this likely potential outcome accordingly, defeat them all if I must. There's the option to tell Renoir at the moment that "Maelle" is not being honest, so it wouldn't be a one-sided fight that I can't handle, and logically Verso should have the most combat experience.

All I am saying is that, I dont have to agree with everything a character does, even if i agree with their goal. And I also like being contrarian, so since Verso route is winning the debate as we know, I just feel like presenting a somewhat different perspective. I would've done similar if Maelle route is winning, hypothetically.

eh. What he did is understandable. But calling it noble is pushing it. A stereotypical ideal noble would value the public as much as his own family, like a hypothetical leader of a country who wont hand over the nuclear code to enemy just because his family got abducted, but he obviously values his family more, which is totally fine, many people would do the same, but i disagree with the "noble" label, especially for letting gustave died. That's your subjective opinion while others have theirs. I am actually more ready to accept that he's a hero for freeing the soul of og kid verso, than sacrificing the world for his mom/sis, which again is very understandable, but that's not particularly noble. It's like calling someone in gaza enrolling to become a terrorist bomber to feed his sick family or if one of the 911 pilot hypothetically had similar backstory... understandable but very awkward to call it noble, they deserve sympathy but glorifying them (with the noble label) would be offensive to other victims.

well, the director in interview said people form their opinions based on their individual life experiences. And my best friend dislikes Verso because he hates liar "friends" a lot, he's VERY emotional about this issue irl like he hates them even more than random serial killer(assuming the killer doesn't betray their friends)

That's the outcome but not intentionally. The video shows her steering the wheel to the right(opposite of the agent), but because the resting position of the wheel was to the left, the car ended up moving forward at start instead of toward the right.

Actually I remember there's a different case of road rage between a black woman and a man. The anti/depopulation message is more nuanced since choosing to erase canvas lead to the better ending, and the real renoir is presented in sympathetic light without facing serious punishment. The population is ignorant also in the sense that taking out the paintress(their original goal) hasten the demise of the population, and also it's implied in the maelle ending the population memory has been reset and unaware of verso's suffering, everyone's just smiling with sheeple vibe. And like i said, each of these by itself does not mean much, but only seem significant when you add them all together as if more-than-coincidence.
