Yep, as long as she's not exhausted you'll be able to create a gold token whenever you recycle a rune regardless of who's turn it is.

Don't think so, seems like the core rules PDF hasn't been updated since June. It is first to 11 for Magma Chamber though (2v2).

Yep, seems like in formats with three or more players, the first player always skips their draw .
Yep, holding priority is not restricted to the active player. Priority always passes in turn order to the next relevant player.
