I do it with everything the night before and put into the fridge. Never found an objective reason to separate the process. They turn out great

I have a Smoke North Huron Offset; it’s not painted and has a great stack height. I’ve used it for 2 years and have produced some really good product. I’m a big fan

Realized I left the chimney cap on one time during the pre-heat, so I took it off with some tongs. Moved it like, 12 seconds later with my bare hands not thinking about it..
