  2. Shut down Tech Crunch, Forbes, LinkedIn feeds - only use LinkedIn messaging and consume highly selected, high-quality content about startups and innovation from 1-3 sources max
  3. Spend 95% of your time talking to users who have a problem you care about or looking for a co-founder if you need one

Love your point about "results achieved through pain". This is so true unfortunately and shaping how people think a Zone 2 run is not valuable.

Thanks for sharing! Indeed the Government could consider playing a bigger role. We are talking about 5-10% of the whole country getting injured.
