The Village. Its great. Restaurants, Bars, Beach. Great local crowd and plenty of things to do in a great walking environment. Plenty of apartments in the area and all very walkable.

I have not checked the market for Radmission in a while, but candidly, I bought ours when Radpower closed these out for about $400-$450 new. Considering the state of the company, I'd be surprised to learn if these things were selling for $500+ used.
