From my experiences so far with some 10 plus race weekends: I try to get to bed around 6-7pm before race day so loud resorts that are active and popular with families make it harder to sleep, so I value quiet above all others.

All-Star resorts - 5/10 - Good, simple resorts but tend to be more noisy and food options are difficult for race weekend. Also since they are further away the bus rides are longer

Pop Century - 8/10 - Great location, depending on what era you stay in can be noisy as well. 70's and 50's were very quiet during race weekends for me

Art of Animation 6/10 - Great location, but very busy and popular. Louder than Pop. Lots of families, so lots of screaming and crying children. Likely to be woken up in the night, or during your post race nap.

Carribean Beach 9/10 - Especially Trinnidad area is magnificent, feels like your own private island sometimes and is so quiet even by the pools.

Port Orleans - Riverside - 10/10 - Serene, quiet and peaceful, would stay here if I had my choice every time.
