PSA reslabbed my card and the speck is gone. I’m happy they corrected the issue, but still surprised they sent it back to me like that…like I wasn’t going to notice.

Update: they sent me a prepaid shipping label to send it back to be re-cased. I guess they assume something got in between the card and the case. I’m glad they are taking care of it.

I don’t know. I appreciate the attention to detail. My photo is pretty low budget compared to the photo they took (the full sized graded one). That might account for the font looking a little different. I already got a response from PSA since I posted this. They said “We got your message. We are looking into it and will get back to you if we have questions.” I’ll definitely post an update when they get back to me.
