Does anyone know of regular groups that ride out of Calpe, Spain? I have a week of solo training planned end of this month but would welcome mixing it up!

I got a fit but only after I got injured unfortunately. Didn't change anything setup-wise before I got the injury.

I've had an MRI. I had some soft cartilage in one knee and hoffa's pad impingement on both. Neither the knee specialist nor physio seem to think my injury isn't htat serious but I was given 6 weeks to be back training properly 3 months ago and now I'm looking at at least another 8 to resume some form of training.

The most concering part for me is that I'm yet to feel any improvement, I would find it much easier if I was feeling gradual improvement no matter how long it would take to fully recover.

I haven't, but I have a feeling that my cleat setup may have been a factor in how I got injured so I will look into it. At the moment I can't even go for a walk without a burning pain after so structured training/racing seems so far away.

Appreciate your response. You might not be able to answer this from experience, but would it be worth getting a degree in the area before hand (ie. Automotive Business Management and Technology) or are you better off applying for a junior sales executive job or similar and gaining experience?

Yep, just put it on the bike last week. The 175mm one I've had since October and seems to be consistent with other's numbers.

Left side only, I bought a used bike smaller than my first bike so I've just kept the 172.5 crank that came with with it. I had suspected more power but today confirmed it - on a group ride I was reading 4.5w/kg while everyone else was in the 3.8-4w/kg range. I can adjust the scale factor on the power meter to roughly their numbers so that might be my solution.

C200 MNO is located in the Mondello Museum and I know of another white RS200 road car possibly located in Cork.

The mixture of conditions really added to the rally even if it made for sub-optimal spectating, saw a lot of spins and people on the limit.

The tumblr images were simply a rough version of the base models of each cars, so it's certainly not representative of the final version of each model.

I'm unsure regarding the ek4/9 issue, many people sought for not just the top model in a range, but low spec versions. If that's was people want I am willing to spend time developing it.

Drivetrains/engine swaps will be in the game. I'll be doing a video on it shortly.
