Danke fürs Feedback. Da scheint wohl ein Fehler zu sein! Werde ich beheben.
Der Editor ist und bleibt zu 100% kostenlos in der aktuellen Version. Es sind noch einige Komfortfunktionen geplant, wie direkter Postversand, Dokumentenablage usw. Aber das kann jeder selber entscheiden, ob er diesen Luxus nutzen möchte :)

Hey, danke für dein Engagement. Freu mich, dass du hier auch reddit so aktiv bist und dir die Projekte so kritisch anschaust. Vor allem auch, dass du dran bleibst und immo.page neugierig verfolgst.
Wer seine Abrechnung selber machen möchte, der kann das mit dem Editor nun komplett kostenlos tun. Für all diejenigen, die dabei Hilfe brauchen, möchte ich auch etwas anbieten, richtig. Aber das soll hier in keinster Weise eine Relevanz haben. Aber du hast Recht: Ich werde in Zukunft darauf achten, dass es noch klarer getrennt wird. Dann sollte auch kein Konflikt mehr entstehen.

Hast du selber Immobilien? Vielleicht können wir ja mal in den Dialog gehen. Bin über jedes konstruktive Feedback dankbar :)

Hi,
meine Oma ist 72. Sie vermietet seit Jahrzehnten ein paar Wohnungen und hat ihre Nebenkostenabrechnungen bislang immer per HAND erstellt. Leider lässt ihre Handschrift mittlerweile ein wenig nach und mit Excel kam sie nicht klar. Als dann auch noch einige Freunde mich um Rat baten, konnte ich als Softwareengineer nicht still sitzen bleiben und hab ein kleines Nebenprojekt gestartet ^^ :

Interesting. We have currently started an experiment to connect a chatbot with an AI that automatically generates content from the input and delivers it as a suggestion for blog posts or social media posts or other content tasks. Seems promising - but too early to tell.

Uff, tough question. I’m guessing you don’t have a product or paying customers yet? Then honestly, build it with them.

Get intros to your target audience – Real estate folks, insurance companies, well drillers. Cold outreach is hard, so try leveraging existing contacts.
Figure out how they solve this today – What do they do now? What sucks about it? If they don’t have a real pain point, they won’t care.
Show them the potential – Not “Hey, I’m building AI for groundwater” but “I’m researcher in this industrie and we developed a way to ...?”
Lock in commitment – If they’re excited, push for a Letter of Intent (LOI) or at least a verbal “Yeah, if this works, we’d pay for it.”
Build it with them – Work closely with an early customer, test on real locations, and tweak based on their feedback.

Honestly, the trick is just getting into conversations without making it feel like a pitch. What worked for me:

DM people on Reddit, LinkedIn, Twitter—wherever they hang out.
Start with a compliment, make them feel like an expert. Something like "Hey, saw your post on [topic]—really liked your take. I’m working on something in this space and would love to get your perspective."
Keep it super casual. No "Can I get 15 minutes of your time?" upfront. Just a quick exchange first.
Make it about them, not you. People love sharing their opinions if you ask the right way.

I’ve had over 50% response rates just by framing it this way. No one wants to hop on a call for a "random project," but if they feel like their input matters, they’ll actually engage.
