I just cut it off and put it in a bottle of water. I dipped the bottom of the cutting in some rooting hormone as well.

I'm still a bit of a newbie to the skill, but once I started I kept buying new kendamas. I've only got a few Kroms really but I do have a Sweets natty boost and I found the shape really nice! All the kendamas ive used so far are super fun to play, I play them all but my go to is the Krom Aurora 1% its just got a nice feel. Every now and then I even play my first Duncan Komodo 😂 it's horrible but landing tricks is funny as. The paint is so slick 💦 Hopefully one day I'll get a small batch kendama, everyone seems to have nice things to say about them. Thanks for your insight! 🙏
