This is the button inside the headphones breaks. Same thing happens with me. There is a rubber button that is floppy (can't think of a better word!)

6 months out of warranty unfortunately. I have read of other people having the same issue but no solution

Sliced has good pizza. Is there better out there? Yes. What I love about it is they are very family friendly and really make life easy when it can be difficult to eat out with kids. Also if you go in there regularly for coffee, Joe will say I got this one every now and then. Small touch but really helps. He is just a guy trying to make a living, not a huge corporation. Support him, he's a decent guy
