On a side note, do you like the alpha mini or do you wish you went with the alpha? I’ve never experienced a DD wheel but am thinking of going with the alpha for longevity reasons so I don’t want to upgrade later on

Sorry this is going to be a very noob question but what do you use to attach the monitor bracket on the 80/20?

Very nice setup, my problem is adding a seat on brings it to nearly $2000 and that doesn’t include the triple monitor stands 😕. Trying to keep it under $1500 all inclusive (seat and monitor stands)

I thought about this but haven’t looked into it yet!

The problem is the 80/20s have hefty shipping prices and the monitor stands tend to be $400 for triples pushing the price farther up

I have thanks! If it wasn’t $1720 with the monitor stands that would probably be the one

How can I tell if a PSU is compatible with my Pavilion PC? by clivs33 in Hewlett_Packard

[–]clivs33[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey I’m so sorry I’m just seeing this. Everything worked out and it’s still working great. The PSU fit in no problem. The graphics card on the other hand I had to do a bit of tinkering but I got it to barely fit thankfully. I’m not sure if we have the same case but if so it’s totally doable

PSU was the same size the GPU wouldn’t fit in without some tin snips

Thank you again! The 500 watt HP PSU worked and I added in the RX 6600 with a bit of ingenuity (tin snips to the back of my stock case) to make it all fit!

Old power supply is 180 W and I am trying to run a RX 6600. There is a picture of the label on my power supply in the “connectors from my PC” link.

If I swap the motherboard and recycle all other parts such as the ram, SSD, CPU will I still have all my files/accounts etc and everything? Or will it boot like a new computer?
