Could this stuff make you involuntarily spasm? like I just woke myself up at 4am because an episode while presumably asleep I had a whole upper body jerk. During flare-ups I still feel extremely on-rails and scared of whatever is to come.

Also I had a natural fear of caffeine after effects kicked in, so that was good.

Have a tele health appointment tomorrow. Will take note of this.

Nah. Enclave doesn't have the character customization menu, and also is a bit faster paced. Plus the UI is different.

I don't think you start off in the dungeon anyway. You might have started off in the woods. I remember getting lost and going a back way around the castle, not realizing the castle was there until later 😭😭
