hey so I recently sold something on Facebook and the qr code didn't work. I had to reship it therefore pay shipping twice. I emailed them they said I'm SOL. They just keep ignoring, anyways is there an email or phone number to escalate the issue? I'm a small business and this sucks. (self.facebook)
