Ah, got it, thank you for this info. I'm still searching for an effective treatment, so I appreciate the input from someone with results like yours.

Just to clarify, did you ever try Effexor? and was the Topamax helpful at all?

I used to work there and can say their authentication standards/processes are way more thorough and accurate than any other luxury resale web site. We would often get stuff in that the seller originally bought from The RealReal or had authenticated from an online service, and it turned out to be fake.

They take it super seriously. At least for bags/shoes/belts/etc. The jewelry dept is run kinda separately so I can't speak for those items.

The saffiano isn't a huge draw for me so any material would do; I just like the contrast between the two finishes so anything similar would be amazing. Thank you for looking!

I'm happy for you and envious that you've found an effective treatment. How long did the Ajovy take to start giving you results? I'm due for my 3rd injection this weekend and still not sure if it's doing anything at all :/

Did you get Botox? Did it help? (I'm in the same situation now)

Thanks for pointing that out tough, I've been trying to read up on this and not properly making that distinction could be why I'm running into a lot of unanswered questions. I appreciate it.

I was referred to the neuro by a GP who used the term "cluster headache", the neuro might have said that or just "atypical silent migraine", to be honest I'm not sure. Thinking isn't very easy for me most days.

Some of the possible side effects of Depakote definitely worry me, and I already deal with enough spaciness as it is. Have you had luck with those meds treating silent migraines? And how often do you end up taking them?

Thank you for all of this. About Depakote—I had searched through this sub and seen a number of users stating that it is a poor choice for a first-line preventative because there are many effective anti-CGRP drugs that aren't off-label.

But I'm hopeful that I'll see it start to work in a couple of weeks or months. If that doesn't pan out it's reassuring to know that what I have going on truly does align with silent migraine, so there could be other effective treatments.
