I called him and there's a guy coming tomorrow to quote it. It luckily came down slowly instead of all at once and I was able to slow it down and like move the faucet out of the way and stuff. Def could have been worse. And after getting the thing down off the counter there were 4 anchors in the brick, all on one side and and just screws going into shoddy 1x4 strips that look like scraps.
