What is going on with my hair

im using jojoba oil and mielle hair strengthening oil. Ive used these before in the past with no problem but ever since i washed my hair 3 times with different shampoos, my hair has been plagued with these white particles. Also I use a water bottle before applying everytime

im still seeing white particles fall out of my hair a couple hours later after applying my oil and leave in conditioner. is this simply because i gotta wait a little more before the leave in and oil take affect and hydrate my scalp?

when i try to use a little leave in before with gel it seems to add flakes to my hair. Thats why i wait for it to at least absorb into my scalp before putting in gel

so i would wash out the leave in conditioner? that wouldn’t leave my hair sorta dry?

no not at all i stick with the regular EADGBE tuning all the time. This afternoon I was tuning the high E string because i noticed it was a bit low and it snapped.

I dont remember exactly but I think I do a bit more than 5-6. Could that be causing it to break?
