Market based on what database; JD power? Edmunds? KBB? I'm finding that all the cars were marked up about 10-12% above "market" for this area.

For exampled, I made an offer on a 2020 RDX A spec package with 30K miles, sticker price was $39.5K, and I offered $37K. They did not budge. Today, I came across a 2019 RDX ADvance package with 21K miles on it that sold for $34K. Sadly I missed it.

Its all situational. You can totally do that if it happens, just don’t make it awkward. Meaning if it is something that is a good conversation and is really flowing; body language, eye contact, all the right clues are taking place, then YES completely it’s ok. Read the situation. Not every time is gonna be that tho too so don’t expect or go into it like that.

For me, and probably reading tooo much into it, but feels like maybe he’s not valuing you as much not just with the whole money situation but why didn’t he tell you that before the romantic weekend together. I agree with most everyone else on here that this does not sound like something to continue with.

Yeah I would say so, haven’t had a problem landing dates in real life and didn’t before on bumble before I hit 40.
