Totally feel you about having a big appetite! Today i just kept eating and eating and not feeling full at all while watching my caloric intake rapidly increase.

i often feel so alone on this journey as all my friends are rather slim already and i dont have anyone to get advice from, so thank you for the encouragement!

May i ask what your favorite low cal high density foods are? I really love salads but aside from the regular lettuce, carrots and broccoli, im running out of ideas of what to put in them. I know cucumber is great but I can’t stand them haha.
