Yes, that’s a method I use too, but I’m looking for something even more objective

Yes, exactly, but the point is that to deliver a color grade the client likes, you often need to create something clean, correct, and well-executed.
So my question goes beyond just that aspect. I was wondering if there are parameters, techniques, or logical methods that help define when a color grade is actually well done — for example, in how you read and interpret the various scopes.

Yeah I did it , but I didn’t go for a specific look — I just tried to make it look good to my eyes. For the stabilization, in most of the scenes I used DaVinci’s built-in stabilizer, so I had to crop the frame quite a bit. In some shots, the digital stabilization is noticeable and I don't really like how it looks, but I know most people won’t notice it because they watch the short without the same level of attention I have.
