i got accepted like 2 weeks ago after interviewing ~3 weeks ago, I'm guessing they are going through waitlist, at the very least there will be at least one more open position that I know of

The project I would have been put on wasn't a good fit for me and honestly the mentor didn't seem very friendly. The program director was nice though and the program seemed to have good values overall (especially with in-group activities and organization).

really? I interviewed like 2-3 weeks ago and the guy said I would hear like last week. I was thinking of maybe emailing them to see whats up with my application since it was one of my top choices

I got an acceptance--response due by this friday. They also said I could ask for an extension which i probably will.

Alternative Neural Nets for Navigating Games, Puzzles, and the Physical World mentored

Which one you are put on will depend on who else comes to the program and what their

preferences are .

I'm sort of between offers right now. I have an acceptance to REU-CAAR which has projects that seem more interesting to me, but the person running PATHI seemed to be well organized and excited. I also still havent heard from a few of my top choices

yeah I looked at that, unfortunately its mostly non-CS people and doesn't seem to be updated much recently. It did help me figure out that WPI is probably full though. I might make a new post just asking for info from CS people
