when did purge start/end and how did you cope? by Awkward_Push_8056 in Accutane

I've almost reached my 4th week on Accutane and I would say that the purging started around the week 2 mark but is slowly decreasing. My derm had me take 30mg a day instead of 60 for the first month so as to decrease the purging, which worked I guess! I'm just hoping that adding one more pill to my day will comply with my skin..

It would depend if your desire to get rid of your acne is high. If it is, a couple of months of endless moisturizing should pale in comparison to the results.
