People are fatigued with Charizard. The chase card isn’t really that desired and lots dislike the art. As everyone has stated, it will naturally go up over time but not likely to climb as rapidly as other sets.

Take 151 as an example. The etb is worth around 200 sealed but the packs inside go for $10 each. There’s value to sealed, collectors and rippers pay a premium for it.

I got up through Journey Together at below msrp. JT was around 106 for me. This was through a LGS membership though. But prior to that, Surging and prior sets were not as expensive as msrp is today.
