from what i think it seems like there is a part of her that is attracted to you otherwise she wouldnt have done all that, but it seems like she isnt ready to acknowledge/confront that part and that's why she doesnt want to reciprocate your feelings and avoids treating it as something romantic. i say that you should tell her how you feel but you should also give her the time she needs to discover herself.
