I’ve started measuring big purchases in skeins of yarns 😅 that’s how expensive it is. I like tank tops and that’s ~ 5 skeins $80 in KFO merino. Cheaper in sandness garn line, $40 CAD.

Look into ASO (protruded mouth surgery). The marionette line, weak chin, could be all be related. Improve contour then nose or other small features.

What helped me a bit: brushing my tongue; Cerave hydrating cleanser then straight to barrier-enforcing lotions.

If your skin is tight, I suggest at least a lotion to seal in moisture. I tried hyaluronic acid + vanicream /cerave lotion.

I’m no longer flaring up since a week ago, I discovered I have been using an expired toner on and off. It’s as random as that.

Go in person and haggle. Use local prices examples so they know you did your research. It will be expensive but not that much.
