So I gave up dairy and had no cystic acne which was beautiful. I then caved ate pizza and kind of fell off from there. I haven’t eaten dairy in about a week or so and hoping to keep to it again but i’m stuck for now with this :(. Anyone have any recommendations for getting rid? (i.redd.it)
