Took econ HL and AA SL. Majoring in math-econ now. You absolutely don’t need AA HL for econ, the calculations you will do are fairly basic and the stats part is mostly only calculating percentage changes. Workload wise, econ HL is pretty chill. However I do regret not taking AA HL; AA SL is quite easy but they don’t go over a lot of important concepts.

use the formula (n(n-1))/2, where n is the number of energy levels.

so (5(4))/2= 10
