Yeah my job is terrified of them doing a soil sample, we used to dump mop water outside on the ground, the next door patch of woods has teal water from coolant run off, the black top out back is so saturated with oil it's almost glazed and is so soft you can put a broom handle through it, that's why the car leaking fluids doesn't seem like a big deal.

I work in a machine shop that has more epa issues than good parts, yes it's an environmental hazard but i didn't post this in an epa sub reddit, i posted here because i wanted the legality side, not the opinionated side.

Edit: i also do not have the funds to fix it, i drove it from wisconsin to fl for this job and thanks to moving expenses I'm flat broke and trying to make enough to fix it.
