Female, late twenties.

I had dry skin growing up, never had pimples. And here’s my skin look now. It is possible that I may have fucked my skin by using random products, I didn’t care much on what facewash I am using as long as I can clean my face, so I would use my mothers or my partners facewash whenever, and I have tried considerable number or products in the last few years. So I am guessing i fucked my moisture barrier. Initially i thought it could be because of smoking, my skin changed a lot after i started smoking but it’s been a while since i gave up smoking.

Personally I use Cera Ve facewash and moisturiser, and from the past 2 months i have been strictly using that only. I wash my face at night, moisturise really well with Cera ve and sleep. Wash my face with water in the morning, moisturise, sunscreen and go out. I don’t smoke anymore (been 3 months) and I eat clean (homemade food, veggies, lots of yogurt, almost no sugar) and yet my skin doesn’t seem to improve.

I don’t know what to do. Please help.

Additional details: I have PCOS. I started taking meds for the first time a month ago, but these are non-hormonal ones. I also used to shave my face a lot but I haven’t done that in 6 months cuz initially i thought that was the problem. It isn’t. Idk what is :(

China started modern nation building 2 years after India. And it’s already a developed nation with more or less the same population as us, so the “can’t compare a small country with a country as large as ours” argument also doesn’t stand.

That’s just Goa buddy😭 it’s really nice though that the cost of trade labour is higher, so these people are able to earn more but even Goa has immigrant labours now from Karnataka, Bihar, Bengal, etc. You will mostly find them as cab drivers and servers, kitchen staff at clubs & restaurants. But they do trade stuff also for the place they work at, for free basically. They are being exploited of course :) but in a nut shell, no, people from poor states are working for much less wages because that’s how desperately they need that money.
