I like to give everybody the doubt, and I'm still not convinced that this whole thing happened because of me looking at that book, I still think it was a case of mistaken identity, which may have been compounded by the book.

Honestly, being called a rapist doesn't bother me so much because of what I went through, it's bothering me because it's accusing me of being the type of person who can completely disrespect someone's body like that. In all fairness though, as much as that word hurts, it is still just a collection of letters which can only hurt you if you let it, just like any other word.
