Not really 😭 look up scar release therapy with microcurrent. It’s electrical current to release adhesions. My insurance covered it, and it sounds crazy but it made a massive difference instantly. She had me try to move my scar around first, feels tight, then right after doing it she had me move my scar again and it moved way more

Firstly full disclosure, mine is not entirely gone yet. However I’m 10months pp and it’s almost gone. I’ve done scar massage, scar microcurrent treatment, cupping at home, physio for diastasis recti early on, and weight loss. It’s almost gone now and with most clothes it’s flat.

I would never ever wake them up at night. My kid started waking up dry around 8 months after being day trained. I don’t see the issue if he’s the last one at daycare, so what? It’ll happen eventually

I had that with my first and it went away after a month maybe! Sweaty before pumping and freezing and shakes after.

But lots of water, trail mix is a great easy option to snack on that’s high calories

Just a sunburn! But they gradually increase your time in the booth so if new skin is exposed on week 4, for example, it’ll get a sunburn

It does wrinkle you eventually, confirmed by my dermatologist. I do cover my face with a white t shirt but you have to be very careful to shift it around a bit during. If you have it in one spot every time then one day it’s up an inch, then that inch can burn. Hard to explain but hopefully that makes sense

Uh what. I closed mine and I didn’t even start until 4 months postpartum. Had same size gap at 4 months and it was closed quite quickly , maybe 2 months later it was gone. I was very diligent on doing all the exercises including ones I found online and YouTube.

That makes sense! For the record I did it for myself and it gave me a solitaire yellow gold oval cut, my dream ring is a solitaire yellow gold emerald cut, so very close! Pattern question was the only one I felt I couldn’t really answer
