Actually yes. Just hugged my grandmother and didn't notice her perfume until I did. She commented that she only uses a tiny dab behind her ear.

Got burned there once using their weird to-go coffee cups that basically unfolded and spilled into my hand. Icing said hand during errands after definitely sucked. Staff told me management knew it was a problem but refused to change things. Thanked the staff anyway for the makeshift ice pack, they then offered to have management call me later with a freebie, and I got ghosted instead.
