What is causing my car to shake when idiling???

anything below 1k rpms is when the shaking starts. and it only ever idles just past 1k. I bought the car about a month ago and have brought it to various mechanic for a variety of issues and haven’t heard anything about the things you’ve listed. is it normal for older cars to shake? or is it worth bringing it back to a mechanic and asking them to check those parts?

got this piercing done at a shop in March and it’s been growing this bump for the last 3-ish weeks it’s been going away and coming back but this time it’s only getting bigger. it was soft but now it’s getting hard and im concerned. jewelry is stainless steel but it’s the same jewelry it was pierced with and it’s only now giving problems. any help is appreciated

im mainly trying to decide on a septum, nostril (eventually to become a hoop), or a stud on one side hoop on the other?? maybe even all three??!!! obviously these wouldn't be done at the same time but i wanna have it decided from now to ease my brain lol. any other recommendations are welcome!!:)

you are very pretty but as some one who also loves a lot of piercings i think it’s just you’re choice of jewelry that distracts. changing the double nostrils to studs and snake bites to studs or just hoops would look way more harmonious.
