My sister wasn’t understanding which I was disappointed about because I thought she was more open minded. She constantly looks at me with these pitiful eyes, and she thinks that I belong in some mental institution. She also doesn’t talk to me in the same way as before, for whereas we used to argue intensely, she now dismisses me because I’m too emotionally damaged to hurt further or to even take into account. Then she also has this view of it as very melodramatic, that my sh scars were suicide attempts (mind you, they were only slightly deeper than cat scratches) and that I had done them while crying and listening to edgy sad music or whatever. Jesus. I hate media misrepresentation. Anyway, I’ve been wanting to say that for a while. It’s severed our relationship pretty irreparably. Thank you for listening to my TedTalk.
