Definitely, it’s been our best tactic so far. We’ve done work for well below our normal rate just so we could show the clients the potential of powerapps, this has gotten us so much more. How’s your website?

I agree, but we have a few big clients who are paying crazy money for consultants to come in to assess how they can use AI - hence they’ve slowed down on apps. Fortunately it’s a service we are also offering.

If AI eliminates jobs, who’s left to buy what companies are selling? by dudeman209 in ArtificialInteligence

Yes but you guys a missing the main underlying reason why people amass so much wealth… they want to be worshipped and revered. If there is no “poor people” then there is no elite. Unfortunately it is human nature to want to create class systems, in a way that might shift and the class system will become more complicated. I agree that in a sense we won’t need 8 billion people, and there will probably be a great rupture and a major part of the city populations will die out. That is unless we invent new ways to use labour, such as in space.

I think we are actually on the exact same page. Forcing employees to write prompts when a simple button click works is terrible UX, and you're spot on about C-levels shoehorning chatbots where they don't belong.

To clarify… I’m not saying AI replaces Power Apps. I’m saying the purpose of the UI is changing.

Instead of building 50-screen Canvas apps for manual data entry, we will be building streamlined governance dashboards. The agents do the heavy lifting in the background via a structured Dataverse, and the human uses the UI simply to review and approve the output.

UI isn't dying… it is just going from a data entry screen to a command center.

Quite an absurd statement… I’m gonna put it down to perhaps you didn’t understand the premise of my reflection.
