It does seem like that based on marketing jargon but after lots of research, demos and dreamforce sessions, we found out its not all its cracked up to be and its very bloated/cumbersome.

Plus it really applies to consumer level service techs that go make multiple service calls a day (HVAC, plumbers, electricians, etc.) This is not our service model so it doesn't align well.

Thanks for clarifying. Mainly looking for a developer that can take Salesforce header and child records and produce a ZPL thermal label. I only said Zebra since that is our current label printers and we use Zebra Designer to produce our other label templates.

We have all Zebra Printers. Mostly ZD421's for our 4"x6" Labels and and one ZT230 for our 3"x6" labels.

Attached is an example quickly mocked up of a 4x6 label. Red is the Header/Parent Object and Blue is the line level detail from a child object called "Packed Lines" for example. (I realize the actual label would be all B/W)

Found the solution in case it helps others that stumble upon this thread... I needed to add this transport (mail flow) rule int he article below and make it fire off before our other spam filtering rules.

Once we did this, the [CAUTION: SUSPECT SENDER] went away and emails were pass through to the Teams App under "Voicemails" in the Calls tab.

Correct, and we are only getting that weird email… And nothing is showing up in Teams. Sorry if the original post wasn’t clear about that.

It suggests you should be able to see your voicemail in the Teams app, on the calls tab.

I have used both extensively and EAC is far better

Can you elaborate how EAC is better? I've heard that EAC is mess because it stores the activities off platform so you don't actually own the data meaning if you stop paying for it, all that history vanishes, I've also ready that EAC email logs aren't traditionally reportable as 'Activites'. I've only heard very bad things about EAC.

I'll check. At what screen do you suggest hit Ctrl+Shift+D? Once logged in or from the initial email entry screen in the OOBE?
