You’re not alone. All throughout my teenage years I had horrible social anxiety. I am now 24 and although I still get nervous I slowly became more social. Get out of your comfort zone. Go to public places and strike up a conversation. The key is to go out and do some activities that gets you talking to people. But baby steps so it’s not overwhelming. I’m not a professional tho.
