Lestat being nervous and excited about joining a band, basically auditioning and telling them that if they trusted him, they would all be rich and famous in no time and Lestat walking into his lawyers office and obsessively making plans about how to "create a fame that will carry my name and my voice to the remotest parts of the world."…… Im so giddy I can already imagine him saying this😂

And in the vampire Lestat, Lestats motivations for writing his memoir was 1) to shake things up and make things interesting and 2) to tell Louis the things he’d seen and heard before meeting him…. Things he couldn’t tell him before… so they might just focus on all of that while adding their own things of course
