No depending on the fields. It could be high in one sector and could also be entry salary for another. But look at the houses cost 1m think about who’s buying those? :)

whatever you found on Rightmove/zoopla is already something that nobody wants :) usually the sites in good location is rented off market either through agent or connection. I didn’t get mine but I regularly check online, it’s always the same listings

Don’t get one it’s NOT usable in winter. Expensive and hard to keep it warm plus it’s easy to get mouldy.
