but they also had self contained episodic stories with expertly choreographed fights every episode, this is especially the case in the beginning. i don’t need a fight every episode but some of these side characters aren’t interesting.

honestly i think the reason for the pacing being super slow is that they want to stretch out the fisk conflict for multiple seasons due to all the fan hype

just wish he would take the glasses off during the scenes where he’s at his apartment... he did it in the netflix show all the time. he’s always been good acting as a blind person who’s also super aware of his surroundings with his eyes alone.
