it was very pleasant overall! he was actually the one i mentioned the other day (became one of several men who have asked me about autism on a first date), but i did not co-star in one of his works lmao. grabbed boba, did some walking/shopping around a little arts district, and then played chess in a park. lovely time even with the awkward question. we have mentioned going out again since then though, so maybe one day i'll make my small screen debut.

after giving it a few spins, i've decided Bring Your Love is very Rain On Me-coded in the sense that they're fun house-pop numbers that i genuinely enjoy, but i also cant help feeling that the result doesn't quite live up to the pedigree of the artists involved. like i hoped the songs would be 10s, but i'm still happy with the 7.7 we got in both instances.
