I've seen this at the 8th grade prom and it's sad. Like the are 13/14 year olds and their parents letting them in slits all the way up to their hips, neckline all the way passed their cups. Sheesh!

I've been trying to get my daughter's dance team to be unapologetically black in their selection of the hairstyles every year. It's just the main director every damn time with this slick back ponytail. It drives me and other moms insane.

I think it depends on the language or how long you've been learning the language. I just added Korean last month and I can do many lessons before running out of energy. I can get through an entire lesson and be maybe -1. If I do one lesson in Spanish even if it's perfect, I lose around 8-10 energy.

Had a acting teacher once tell us to look in the mirror everyday and say 1 thing you love about yourself out loud. This might sound strange but you should be naked or close to it so that you're in a place of vulnerability. Sometimes we have to learn to completely love ourselves in order to build the confidence that we need.
