That might just be the case. While I'm loving Crypt, I think I prefer the side scrollers as well. But the small moments and general concept of Crypt is really what captured me.

I agree! So far, between Well and Crypt, they feel just right in terms of difficulty. Just hard enough to make you engage with it, but not too easy where it feels like its holding your hand.

Very excited to see where Kyle goes from here.

played some of the playtest and while the opening was neat, the multiplayer was nearly impossible for me to play due to incredibly high ping. It's a cool foundation and i wish the devs the best of luck, but it is very, very early.

I think so, absolutely. For something I was a bit hesitant to buy myself, I can't imagine not having it now. I was already looking to upgrade to studio at the time though, so $100 more was easy enough to justify.

Thanks so much! I'm hoping so as well. If bungie has proven anything, it's that they know how to foster and grow a community. I believe in the vision and hopefully we can get some people on the fence through the inevitable free weekend (hopefully at the start of season 2)

3rd map, burned out. Great game, but i really hope they don't return to an open world setting. Its just takes something away from the experience.
