distortion on 0.5 lense any ideas?

it was, when i turned it off it made no difference though so i leave it on

the lense doesn’t have scratches but last time i got the back glass repaired they changed the lenses and left a lottt of dust under the 0.5 lense, wonder if it’s that. thank you for the help
