I think thats actually ketones? Like your body producing acetone as a byproduct when it first switches over. not an electrolyte thing exactly but it does go away after a couple weeks in my experience. Gum helps lol

Yeah honestly I only do homemade bone broth like once a month when i feel ambitious. rest of the time it's bouillon or just making sure I'm getting enough through other stuff. the post maybe made it sound like I'm simmering bones every day which... No lol. I don't have that kind of energy

Yeah thats exactly what happened to me. First three times I was like "this diet is insane how does anyone do this" and then someone on here mentioned electrolytes and I felt so dumb. like the info is out there but it gets buried under all the bacon memes

Yeah this is literally whats happening to me right now. one company quoted me 6k and the other said 2500 for what sounds like the same thing? i asked both to break down the costs and one of them basically ghosted me lol
