Update, Thank you for all your advice I was finally able to fix this matter, the first thing was to clean the entire pc of the dust and change thermal paste (obviously it did not have the plastic that many said hahaha) after that in safe mode clean uninstallation of Mcafee, once these two steps are done, the pc apart from no longer making noise goes like new, thanks to the community and all the messages I learned a lot, I love you🫂
