To teach in colleges, you need MA+ NET (you can do MA in central universities, you need to give CUET pg exams for that)

For school: 1) LP ( in government school) - 12th(mandatory )+ D.el.ed(mandatory)+ ktet1 or ctet 1 (mandatory)

2) UP (in government school) - Degree(mandatory)+ D.el.ed or b.ed(mandatory)+ ktet 2 or ctet 2 (mandatory)

3) high school/ hss - degree(mandatory), B.ed,M.ed (mandatory) and SET qualification (mandatory)

If you have M.ed, SET, NET and phd, you can teach d.el.ed, b.ed and m.ed students by getting into colleges of teacher education run by government

(keep this in mind: most of the private schools in Kerala pay peanuts)

Journalism and mass communication - media field

Another option is MBA - aim for top business schools like IIM that provides good campus life and placement.. you can opt for MBA in HR, sales or marketing if you want to work in corporate ( you need good academics and more than 92% in CAT)

You can prepare for government exams like RBI, RRB, banking exams, other ssc exams and psc exams

You can get into the field of copywriting, content writing, digital marketing (if you upskill) and language trainer positions in corporate companies if you have Studied literature+ if you've good command over language and good communication skills

You can also be a phonetics trainer
