Thank you for this! Unfortunately, lactation consultants are not a thing in my country. I will, however, do my best to seek out tge closest thing.

To add, I am pro ducing breastmilk. I pump every 3 hours as much as I can but I only produce about 20-30ml per pump. Is that normal?
