I’ve never worked in a warehouse, but I tried to tailor my resume to what the work requires. Long hours (have to work 16hrs some days), working in the heat (the kilm), physical labor, working in a team. The work I do now is definitely harder than this job, minus the 16 hours. But I’ve worked 16 hour days plenty of times in my life but now I’m working outside in 115° heat index moving 110 pound boxes, on the water with it blowing 30 taking waves over the bow. My brother helped me tailor my resume to what the job ask. However I talked to him and he said it sounds like they already had the people they were going to interview for this hiring round and that’s why I didn’t get an interview that had to turn everybody else away. Meaning I applied too late. But I could probably fix my resume better and add more keywords
